![]() ![]() I asked for a small fridge since I have wine, bought from a wine tasting trip and was given a key to the in room fridge I asked if I would be billed, since I would open the fridge a few times during our stay (for our wine), they replied no. I was still asleep on vacation, and vaguely woke up with someone knocking on my door, early mornings. They did eventually deliver most mornings - but I think they would knock at my door when they did, each time. The request to have newspaper delivered to your room, seemed to have confused the front desk staff who replied - we offer them at the lobby, so I had to explain. Also, we usually book through or and I was reminded a few times by the staff that "oh you booked through a 3rd party" which I've never experienced with any of our other bookings, local or abroad. ![]() I arrived early and asked if I can leave my luggage with the front desk until check in time and was pleasantly surprised they offered to check, if there were rooms available and there was! I didn't realized until almost end of my stay that I had paid for a room with a separate seating area and the room given to me didn't have that (unless if "separate seating area" meant - you get a sofa chair in your room) would've been nice if I was given the option to wait for my booked room, or at least given that information upfront. Hotel is very modern, and I learned it was recently renovated and reopened earlier this year, so everything looks really clean and brand new, which is what we always look for when we book hotels. ![]()
